Diana Brooks

Diana is co-founder / Managing Partner and Head of Strategy at VS/Brooks. She is passionate about the power of how big, iconic ideas transform client brands and businesses. She specializes in consulting companies in marketing readiness and has successfully built and maintained client/agency partnerships for over 20 years.

Diana is also responsible for Business Development – creating powerful new client partnerships, by delivering “the right agency, the right strategy, and the right creative solution” to unlock a client’s potential. She takes pride in having lead marketing strategy at a regional, national and global level in categories that span from Fortune 100 companies, healthcare, real estate, retail, education, non-profit, government and finance industries.

A valued marketing expert/speaker with over 25 years of experience in the advertising/marketing fields, Brooks is consistently requested to present at various professional events across the U.S., and has served on a range of marketing panels. She has spoken to audiences about a variety of subjects including women’s leadership, being an entrepreneur, health care marketing, and marketing to seniors.

Brooks’ professionalism, desire to succeed, and dedication to excellence have earned her and her agency a number of awards and accolades, including Inc., Magazine Best Workplace, Advertising Age Best Place to Work, and personally she has been recognized with the American Red Cross Spectrum Award, South Florida’s 12 Hispanic Women of Distinction, and South Florida Business Journal’s Influential Business Women.

Brooks was born and raised in Miami, Fla. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Miami in Miami, Fla.
