All meeting rooms will have a remote pointer, laptop, LCD projector and screen. Podium and wireless lav mics are provided in meeting rooms with 45 or more people. Please let us know if you need any additional A/V equipment.

Florida Press Foundation will pay the following speaker expenses if not paid by your media organization:

One-night Hotel Stay the evening before for morning speakers or same day for afternoon speakers if travel exceeds 60 miles (our staff will book this on your behalf)
